Dallas-area United Way ready to share $45 million in gifts with charities

Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc., as an affiliate of Catholic Charities USA, would like to make the following alert known. If you have any questions, please call 214-520-6590, Ext 125.
Fraudulent emails that are misappropriating the name of Catholic Charities USA and its affiliates are currently being circulated to extract money or personal information from unsuspecting recipients.
Some of these emails involve soliciting monies for hurricane victims in light of the recent storms.
Recipients of these emails are being warned that these parties are not associated with Catholic Charities USA or its affiliates, including Catholic Charities of Dallas.
