 Service Learning Program Service Learning is a teaching and learning strategy that integrates meaningful community service with instruction and reflection to enrich the learning experience, teach civic responsibility, and strengthen communities.
Our Service Learning Program offers participants a chance to learn the practical applications of their studies while simultaneously addressing the concerns, needs, and hopes of communities. Students are able to become actively contributing citizens and community members through the service they perform.
College students interested in participating in our Service Learning Program can gain knowledge and experience related to their course of study through the numerous services provided through Catholic Charities of Dallas, such as:
